We had some very enthusiastic bouncy dogs yesterday! We also had some who gave it a red hot crack, some who just wanted to be involved & some who werenโt too sure on the equipment.
Itโs so interesting to see what dogs this comes naturally too and others who are still getting familiarised with the weird looking poles!
The dogs love when this day is part of our holiday itinerary!

WOW! Talk about the biggest snuffle enrichment activity youโve ever seen! ๐พ๐ถ
All we could hear was noses sniffing in the hay whether it was the pure sensory of it all OR for the little snacks hiding in the eggs. The Easter bunny did an outstanding job. ๐ฐ๐ฃ
We had dogs zooming all afternoon with our Easter egg hunt & a massive congratulations to BILLIE who managed to find and secure the golden egg for a fun prize ๐
This is the start to an ongoing sensory experience activity we have decided to slowly implement here at Dog Lounge to keep their busy minds activated to manage overstimulation in the daycare environment.
Simple activities like these are essential especially in a daycare environment as it creates calmer dogs, emotional regulation & a more structured day to day routine at Dog Lounge. ๐๐
